Questions, answered

How is my price calculated?

You pay for each bot you pick, plus a monthly credit pack sized to your server if your bots use AI. Pick 3 or more bots and every bot is 15% off. Bigger credit packs cost less per 1,000. Setup is a one-time $29 plus $15 per bot.

Can I add or remove bots later?

Yes. Email us and we'll change your plan, usually within one business day. Additions are prorated.

What's a credit?

Credits measure AI use. An AI text answer is 1 credit, a Jarvis voice reply is 4, and voice monitoring is 1 credit per minute of talking. All your bots share one monthly pack, and it resets each billing period.

What happens if I run out?

AI features pause until your next billing date. Guardian's text moderation and Sentinel's raid protection keep running. You can add a top-up anytime, and we warn your staff channel at 80%.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly credits reset each billing period. Top-up credits don't expire while your subscription is active.

Do you record our voice chats?

No audio recordings are stored. Speech is converted to text to respond or moderate, and text logs are deleted after 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.

Where do I manage my plan?

Sign in at trustbots.tech/account with the email you paid with. You can see your plan, update your card, download invoices and cancel there.

How do I cancel?

Anytime from your account: sign in, then Manage billing. Your bots keep running until the end of the period you paid for.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month, or yearly with 2 months free. Setup fees are one-time.
